About this Event
This role is considered by us to be one of the most important roles in offering excellent customer service, as you have the unique opportunity to represent the Association as the first and last point of contact face-to-face with those customers visiting our offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with initial telephone and face-to-face enquiries from members of the public in an efficient and courteous manner and ensuring that first class sign-posting to the relevant member of staff or alternative agency is achieved.
Although working within the Corporate Services team, in our new purpose built office premises, you will be an integral part of the organisation and will be required to provide an efficient and effective administrative support to the Association’s diverse staff team and Management Committee members. You will be able to engage with many members of our community and create a pleasant environment during their visit.
