We introduced a new housing software system in February. This meant we needed to switch off our old Customer Portal and parts of the App which allowed access to your account.
The first phase of the new software is underway with all staff being trained on the new system, and phase 2 will see the launch of our new Customer Portal and online applications.
Our new Customer Portal will allow you to manage your accounts, view digital correspondence, report repairs and much more. Keep your eyes peeled for updates.
In the meantime, we are asking for customers to update their information we hold to ensure we give them the best possible service.
