What is customer engagement?
Customer engagement, in line with the Scottish Social Housing Charter, looks at our relationship with our customers and our approach to Communication and Participation opportunities.
Communication: We must ensure that customers find it easy to communicate with us and get the information you need about us, our services, and why we make decisions.
Participation: We must ensure that customers are offered a range of opportunities to participate in and influence the decisions we make. Opportunities should be easy for customers to engage with and at a level they feel comfortable with.
