Clive Douglas, Chief Executive
Clive joined the Association in November 2009 and has led the Association through many exciting opportunities including Second Stage Transfer, new builds at Dunira Street, the introduction of mid-market rents at Canmore Street (through our Auchenshuggle Develops subsidiary) and the opening of new Association offices at 868 Tollcross Road.
Clive has also steered the Association through hard challenges, from the recent covid pandemic to the current cost of living crisis, while continuing to ensure the Association is high performing and committed to our tenants and local community.
Anne Wilson, Corporate Director
Anne has worked with the Association since December 2013 as Corporate Director, she is responsible for ensuring appropriate strategies are in place for effective governance, regulatory compliance, performance and customer engagement, equalities and human rights and data management. She also manages human resources, employee health and safety and day-to-day office facilities.
Anne has over 30 years’ experience as a housing professional and has worked for several community based social landlords. Anne is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and has experience of serving as a volunteer for Victim Support Scotland.
Fiona Mills, Housing Director
Fiona joined the Association in 2011 as Housing Manager, and gained the Director position in 2020. With a varied background in Housing, Fiona brings a wide range of experience to her team and the wider Association. Fiona is responsbile for ensuring the effective and effiecient running of our housing management and financial inclusion services, ensuring the services we offer meet the needs of our customers while maintaing high performance standards.
Fiona also leads our wider role and housing support teams. Based out of our Advice & Learning Centre, the wider role team provide flexible services that are continually adapting to the needs of our customers and wider community.
Joe Wilson, Technical Director
Joe is the newest member of the Leadership team, joining the Association in September 2022. With over 20-years experience within property and asset management, he leads our investment and maintenance teams to ensure a high quality and robust service is delivered to our customers. Joe is also responsible for ensuring we meet our legal and compliance responsiblities for all our properties and homes.
Joe leads our cyclical and reponsive repairs programmes. Working with key partners and contractors, he ensures that the repairs programme delivers value for money for our customers, with a right at first point of contact approach.
Tom Hastings, Finance Director
Tom joined the Association in 2007 and leads the finance team, to ensure that the Association meets all legal and regulatory requirements in relation to financial accounting and management. Tom uses his vast expereince to ensure that the Association has robust financial processes and risk strategies, in terms of borrowing, investment, and budgeting.
Tom is also responsible for the Association's factoring team, with over 500 properties he ensures that the services provided managed effectively and efficiently.
Finally, Tom manages the Association's ICT support contract, ensuring that the Association has the right equipment and software to deliver services to our customers.
