This year, we are proposing a rent increase of 6%. The table sets out what your new weekly rent charge would be based on bedroom size (the figures are averages and could slightly change). Several factors are considered when setting a rent increase and that includes what is important to you and what you think the priorities should be. After consulting with you we will look at those priorities and consider if the we can afford to deliver them. |
