We are intending to carry out our next tenant satisfaction survey over the next few weeks. The main purpose of this is to gather and measure information on how you feel about our services.
We have appointed an independent company, Research Resource, to carry out the survey and they are aiming to speak to around 900 of our tenants. The Research Resource team will be out in the Tollcross, Carmyle and Lilybank/Newbank area. You may be contacted by them and asked if you would like to participate. They will carry identification at all times. Please ensure that you ask to see a copy of their identification.
It is really important to us that we monitor the services we provide for you and this survey will identify areas where we are getting it right and areas where there is dissatisfaction with Tollcross Housing Association and where we need to improve. The interviews will be face to face and should last no longer than 20 minutes. In order to maximise the number of responses Research Resource will make contact during the day, early evening and at weekends.
If they do not manage to speak to you on your doorstep they may call to arrange an interview.
All the information you give to the interviewers will be treated confidentially and no one at Tollcross Housing Association will be aware of who has taken part or what any individual has said.
